Pattern Palace is operated by Mens Sana LLC, a Wyoming company. This page explains, in plain terms, the information the site holds about you and how it is used. If anything here is unclear, write to contact@menssana.art.
What we collect
- Account details: the email address you sign up with, an optional name, and your password, which is stored only as a salted hash and is never readable by us.
- Measurements: the body measurements you choose to save to your account. You decide whether to add them, and you can change or clear them at any time.
- Waitlist interest: when you join a waitlist, we store your email address and which product you asked about, so we can tell you when it opens.
What we do not collect
We do not process payments yet, so we hold no card or billing details. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not build a profile of you for marketing.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. If you tick "keep me signed in" at login, that cookie lasts longer. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Fonts
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google and Google may see your IP address as part of that request. This is the only routine third-party request the site makes.
How we use your information
- To run your account and let you sign in.
- To email you about a product you joined the waitlist for.
- To operate and improve the site.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. When we begin sending waitlist notifications, we will use an email delivery provider to send them on our behalf; that provider will process your email address only to deliver our messages.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and the data attached to it at any time by emailing contact@menssana.art. You can also clear your saved measurements yourself from your account.
